CSK, an eco-friendly hazardous gas reduction system, and liquid precursor delivery system manufacturing company, will participate in Semicon Korea 2024, the largest semiconductor industry exhibition in Korea, from January 31st to February 2nd at COEX in Seoul.
CSK, which is co-exhibiting with group company Edwards Korea under the slogan "sustainability through collaboration" to emphasize collaboration on carbon reduction and ESG activities in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
CSK's gas abatement equipment purifies waste gases from the semiconductor process, which are a major contributor to greenhouse gases and climate change before they are released into the atmosphere. At the exhibition, CSK will introduce various abatement products, including eco-friendly non-fuel abatement products that show excellent combustible treatment capabilities without the use of fossil fuels, and the Liquid Delivery System(LDS), which safely delivers precursor, a liquid chemical used in the semiconductor manufacturing process, at a constant pressure.

CSK's commitment to the coexistence of technology and the environment will be on display from January 31 to February 2, 2024, at Hall D, COEX, Seoul.
