Graduate Program
CSK's differentiated talent development program selects talented individuals and nurtures them into pivotal core engineers through specialized training and development. Selected personnel will grow and develop as professionals through two years of special training and project implementation, including domestic and overseas dispatch training.
Overseas training
Opportunities for intensive professional in/external training programs for 2 years.
Internship
Applicable to 4-year university students, the internship is a 6-month term and is selected twice a year. Applicants are assigned to a team based on their current major, so they are able to apply their knowledge and develop deeper.
Field Service Engineer
At designated customer sites, the Field Service Engineers are professional engineers in charge of offering customers technical support and product assistance. Also identifies problems, and carries out routine maintenance, installations, and after-service on CSK products. FSEs play a crucial role in making sure that our clients get the most return on their equipment purchases from CSK.
